Energy Projects

Limited access to clean energy for cooking and heating continues to create negative health and environmental affects in low-income, rural communities of the developing world. In addition, electricity remains inaccessible or unreliable even in high-income communities. We aim to develop a comprehensive clean energy platform that involves user communities in the design of energy solutions, promotes awareness about energy choices, and helps communities improve their finances through wise energy choices and clean energy manufacture.

Our Most Recent Innovations Under this Platform

SolSource: A low-tech 3-in-1 solution that uses traditional nomadic tent material, bamboo, and PET film to harnesses the sun’s energy for cooking, heating, and low-cost thermo-electricity generation.
