Qualifications: An advanced degree in a field pertaining to energy engineering, air quality, or environmental studies or significant experience managing energy and air quality related projects in W. China.

Education Programs Manager
Qualifications: An advanced degree in a field pertaining to education or international development or significant experience teaching or studying local school systems.

In addition, applicants to both positions must fulfill the following requirements:

1. Be a native of Qinghai, Sichuan, Gansu, Yunnan, or the TAR
2. Speak English and Mandarin (ability to speak additional local languages is a plus)
3. Feel comfortable working with both nomadic and agricultural communities
4. Be proficient with email, mobile phone usage, Microsoft Word, and Excel
